USComputerGeek.COM RETURN GUIDELINES
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our RMA department or clicking the RMA button of our web page.
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to uscomputergeek.com. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for uscomputergeek.com to process your RMA. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at uscomputergeek.com 's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through uscomputergeek.com are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
All returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Removal or alteration of a products serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your US Computer Geek
s Return Policy. Products that are returned to US Computer Geek with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
Free Ground Shipping:
We only provide Free Ground Shipping to any item that marked Free Ground Shipping through out the store, and FREE Ground Shipping service only apply to 48 US Contiguous States, it does not apply to HI, AK, Guam, PR, US Virgin Islands and APO / FPO mailing address.
Pick Up Only:
If you want to save money on shipping, you can pick up your items from our warehouse.
All pick up order's customers must be scheduled for an appointment by contact us 1 day in advance via our Contact Us page. The processing and handling fee for each pick up order is $5.00.
US Domestic Shipping Policy:
We will ship your item via USPS, Fedex Ground only for lower 48 US continental states, we will pick the service that we think is best for you and our business at our discretion.
For Hawaii, Puerto Rico (PR), Guam, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, APO / FPO customer requires to pay USPS Priority Mail for faster service, since it takes longer shipping time to these states from our warehouse.
Canada Shipping Policy:
We will only ship to Canada via Fedex Ground International. All duty taxes, brokerage fees must be paid by customer at Canada custom border.
Other International Countries Shipping Policy:
We will ship to International countries only if you ask us for shipping quote. Please contact us for your country shipping quote. Otherwise, your order will not be delivered. Currently, we only accept International Money Order, or Western Union. Sorry we do not accept International Credit card at this time.
