Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
A return item is required to have a RMA number. First, you need to contact our Tech Support for technical help at 888-736-7524 or direct number at 858-222-0346, and obtain a case number. Once the case number is issued, please send your full name, order number, description of the item, and case number to our RMA Department for a RMA number.
We will have a RMA representative issue a RMA number for you within 24-72 hours.
Freight/Handling - Shipping charges incurred to send RMAs back to US Computer Geek shall be paid by the customer. US Computer Geek will pay for shipping charges incurred when shipping repaired / replaced products back to the customer.
Please note once the RMA number is issued, you have 7 days to return the item back to us; otherwise, your RMA number is considered invalid.
